Copyright & DMCA Policy

Stovyn respects the intellectual property of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. This policy applies to content submitted to Stovyn, including photos attached to product reviews.
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on Stovyn infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- 1.Your physical or electronic signature.
- 2.Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- 3.Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the review or page URL).
- 4.Your contact information — name, address, telephone, and email.
- 5.A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- 6.A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

On receipt of a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and make a good-faith effort to notify the person who posted it. A knowingly false claim of infringement may expose you to liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Counter-notice and repeat infringers
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@stovyn.com with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error. We may restore the material as permitted by law.
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
