Do I need to register to use my device?▼
No, your device works immediately. However, registration activates your warranty and provides access to priority support and product updates.
How long do I have to register?▼
You can register anytime within 90 days of purchase to activate the full 1-year warranty from your purchase date.
Where can I find my serial number?▼
Your serial number is printed on the back of your device and on the product box label. It starts with "NSA-" followed by the year and unique identifier.
Can I register multiple devices?▼
Yes! You can register as many devices as you own. Each device needs to be registered separately using its unique serial number.
What if I bought my device secondhand?▼
You can still register the device. The warranty will be valid for the remaining period from the original purchase date. Contact support if you need help determining warranty status.
