When the device detects a potential risk, we collect:

• • Whether alerts were delivered successfully

We do NOT collect: Cooking times, routine patterns, or behavior analytics.

Device Health Data

To ensure your device works reliably, we collect:

• • Battery level and charging cycles
• • Wi-Fi connection quality and uptime
• • Firmware version
• • Last online timestamp

Optional Diagnostic Data

With your consent (opt-in), we may collect:

You can opt out of diagnostic data collection in Settings at any time.

Account & Profile Data

When you create an account, we collect:

• • Trusted contacts (if you set them up)
• • Property/unit information (for property managers)

To provide safety alerts

We use incident data to send you immediate alerts via push notification, built-in speaker, and trusted contacts.

To maintain device health

We monitor device health to alert you if maintenance is needed and ensure reliable operation.

To show you trends

We aggregate incident data to show safety trends in your dashboard (e.g., incident frequency by week).

To improve our models (optional)

With your consent, we use anonymized diagnostic data to improve detection accuracy for all users.
