Returns open once your order ships
First units ship on September 30, 2026. Once your device is delivered, you'll have a 30-day window to start a return. To begin a return, just contact our support team and we'll guide you through the steps and arrange return shipping.

How a return will work
Step 1: Contact support
Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll confirm your return and arrange shipping details

Pack the device with its accessories and ship it back using the instructions our team provides
Step 3: Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we refund the original payment method

When can I start a return?

Defective devices are covered under warranty. Visit our Warranty page or contact support for faster service.
Can I return if I registered the device?
Yes, device registration does not affect returns. You can still return within the 30-day window.
Your statutory rights by region
The 30-day return window above is our voluntary policy. In every country we sell, your local consumer-protection law may give you additional non-waivable rights that apply on top of (and prevail over) our policy.
United States
Your state may provide additional rights (for example, California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act for express warranties). Refunds for online purchases will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned device.
Canada
Provincial consumer protection legislation (such as Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, and equivalents elsewhere) may give you cancellation, refund, or repair rights. Quebec residents have a 7-day cancellation right for distance contracts. Where provincial law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
Mexico
The Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor) gives you a 5 business-day cancellation right for online purchases regardless of reason, and PROFECO oversight for any disputes. Returns under this right are at no cost to you. Goods must be returned in substantially the same condition.
India
The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require us to honor returns of defective, deficient, or wrongly delivered goods, and to publish clear refund timelines. The Stovyn return window above is in addition to these statutory rights.
European Union (where shipped)
Under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts without giving any reason, beginning the day after delivery. The right does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery if hygiene-related, but does apply to the Stovyn device.
Important: Where any provision of this Returns policy conflicts with your local mandatory consumer-protection law, the local law controls. Nothing in this policy waives or limits your statutory rights.
