Product Safety & Recalls
Last updated: July 24, 2026 · Version 1.0
Stovyn exists to make kitchens safer, so the safety of the device itself is held to the same standard as the fires it watches for. This page lists any active safety notices, explains how to report a concern, and describes how we would reach you if a recall were ever necessary.
No active recalls
As of the date above, Stovyn has issued no product recalls or safety notices. If that ever changes, the notice will appear here first, and affected customers will be contacted directly.
Report a safety concern
If your Stovyn device overheats, shows damage, smells of burning, or behaves in any way that worries you, stop using it, unplug or remove its battery if safe to do so, and contact us:
Email: support@stovyn.com (subject line: “Safety Concern”)
Please include your device serial number and a short description of what you observed.
In an emergency involving fire or injury, contact your local emergency services first.
How we would notify you
- ·A notice posted at the top of this page and on our homepage.
- ·A direct email to the address on your account, and an in-app alert where the device is registered.
- ·Clear instructions on what to do and, where a remedy is offered, how to obtain it at no cost.
