Each device pairs to a centralized dashboard you control. Add 1 unit or 100. Set per-unit display names ('Unit 3B - Stove'), location labels, and trusted-contact routing (your on-call cleaner, the building super, your phone, in any order). Pair flow takes about 90 seconds per unit.
Insurance-friendly
Some carriers offer property-fire-prevention credits when monitored devices are deployed across kitchens. Stovyn provides the audit trail — timestamped cooking events, unattended-alert escalations, and resolution logs — that carriers ask for. We can provide deployment certificates and aggregate event logs for your underwriter.
No tenant app required
Tenants and guests do nothing. The device speaker beeps if cooking is unattended. If they don't respond, you do. This avoids the 'why is there a Smart Home Hub I don't want' conversation that kills most prop-tech rollouts.
Honest about scope
