Duties, Taxes, and DDP
Delivered Duties Paid (DDP)
No surprise fees at delivery when DDP is enabled. We calculate and collect all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes at checkout so you pay one total price. DHL Express is the recommended carrier for DDP shipments (Shopify-native DDP label support).

Delivered at Place (DAP)
For destinations where DDP is not yet available, duties and taxes are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery. We display this clearly at checkout so there are no surprises.

USA import note
As of August 2025, de minimis exemptions no longer apply to shipments to the United States, meaning import duties and taxes can apply regardless of shipment value. DDP checkout ensures you pay the full landed cost upfront with no additional charges on delivery.
India (domestic)
For orders within India, no import duties apply. GST is included in the product price. Standard and express domestic shipping available via BlueDart and Delhivery.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping (UPS Ground) on all U.S. orders over $100. Free standard shipping (BlueDart) on all India domestic orders. Applies automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time through your carrier's website or the Stovyn dashboard.
Returns and Exchanges

Checkout Integration
Our checkout is powered by Shopify. All products include HS codes and Country of Origin (India) for accurate duty calculation. Carrier-calculated shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your address and selected carrier.
For DDP orders, DHL Express is the recommended carrier due to native Shopify DDP label support. FedEx and UPS are available for all shipments; DDP labels for these carriers may be processed through our fulfillment partner.
