Is the device price separate from the subscription?

Yes. You purchase the physical device once, then subscribe for ongoing service. Early customers get the first year free.

Can I use the device without a subscription?

Yes. The core safety path — the device speaker, app push alerts, and trusted-contact alerts (where enabled and supported) — works without a subscription. Firmware safety updates are also included with the device. A subscription unlocks cloud-side extras like the web dashboard, extended history, exports, multi-contact features, and (on Pro) the Claude-powered AI camera detection. The first year is free on every model; after that, Standard stays free and Pro’s AI features renew at $49.99/year.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you can choose not to renew.

Are there discounts for multiple devices (property managers)?

Yes. Property managers with 10+ devices qualify for volume pricing. Contact our sales team for custom quotes.
